The 4 team roles
Every team member has a role. All four contribute to the team's success.
Driver
Controls the robot's movement on the field — strategy and navigation.
Operator
Designs and uses a mechanical (non-coded) tool or attachment.
Technician
Designs and codes a programmed robotic tool to complete missions.
Specialist
Leads research, coordinates the team's device, and presents the solution.

How it works
For teachers
Each session page has a full lesson plan with timing, facilitation tips, and discussion prompts. Display it on your classroom screen.
For students
Interactive activities, vocabulary, quizzes, and reflection prompts — all on their Chromebook. No account or install needed.
What you need
- LEGO Education SPIKE Essential kit (one per 3–4 students)
- Chromebook or tablet per student (Chrome browser, no install)
- Engineering notebooks — one per student (printable template provided)
- Poster board + markers (Week 7)
- LEGO Education SPIKE app — free, runs in Chrome at education.lego.com
All 8 sessions are free — no signup, no catch. They give families and teachers a real look at what Veralogiq courses are like: structured, hands-on, and built around the FLL program kids encounter in school. Additional coaching, deeper session guides, and one-on-one tutoring may be available as premium options.
