These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Veralogiq website, games, and learning materials. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Ownership and copyright
Unless otherwise noted, the website, games, text, graphics, code, and course content are owned by Veralogiq and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The name Veralogiq and the site’s branding are not to be used in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without our written permission.
Permitted use
We want teachers, students, and families to use our materials in reasonable ways, including:
- Playing games and reading guides for personal, classroom, or at-home educational purposes.
- Linking to our pages using the canonical URLs on game.veralogiq.com (preferred over republishing full copies).
- Short quotations with clear attribution to Veralogiq and a link to the source page, where fair use or similar exceptions apply.
Prohibited use
You may not, without our prior written consent:
- Copy, scrape, mirror, or redistribute substantial portions of the site or its content for public distribution, commercial use, or to compete with Veralogiq.
- Remove or alter copyright notices, branding, or legal disclaimers.
- Use automated means to download or harvest the site in bulk in a way that degrades service for others.
- Imply that Veralogiq sponsors or officially represents FIRST, LEGO, schools, or other third parties—we are an independent educational resource.
Educational and third-party content
Guides that reference FIRST LEGO League, FIRST Tech Challenge, or similar programs are for learning only. Rules, judging, and official requirements always come from FIRST, your program partner, and your coach. Some games are fan-inspired; see each game’s footer for IP notices. Unofficial projects are non-commercial and not affiliated with respective rights holders.
Disclaimer
The site and materials are provided “as is” for educational purposes. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Veralogiq is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
